Bisnar – Chase may be the #1. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a terrible experience with them and left me feeling vicitimized all over again, wasted time that was crucial to my case. After a couple weeks I had to call them and say Hello I need to get a Dr? The para legal thought I had my own ins and I would submit it to him? I did more for my case than the para-legal did. I had 2 Ortho docters call me saying the law office called them to schedule me and I better show up. One at 8:30 in Tustin the other in Laguna @ 1:30pm for the SAME DAY. This happened twice bty. (You can’t see 2 of the same Dr or the insurance will not pay for it) I had to let Bisnar Chase go and get a more intimate law office that cares about me.

Just came across this website tonight and noticed that my law firm was rated first among the “Best Personal Injury Attorneys in Orange County”, California, which is an incredible honor considering that there are many truly great law firms in Orange County as the other law firms on the top ten list demonstrate.
What I found interesting is a comment by “Not Happy”. If this was truly a client complaining I would be looking into the matter immediately to rectify the situation. However, I can tell that whomever wrote the comment was not a client of Bisnar-Chase. How do I know? First, we don’t make medical appointments for our clients. Second, I can count the number of clients who have left our firm for another law firm in the last five years on one hand. “Not Happy’s” story isn’t one of them. My guess is that “Not Happy” isn’t happy that Bisnar-Chase was chosen as one of the best personal injury attorneys in Orange County and he/she wasn’t even on the list.
